How Do I Order

Customer Centre

Please send your order via email or the "contact us" link with your order details.

Please include

  • Product Description
  • Order number
  • How many of each product
  • Your name
  • Postal address
  • Delivery Address
  • Daytime contact phone number


We will then email you with a confirmation of your order with the payment amount including freight costs.

You can also contact us via phone / fax to place your order.

If you submitted your order after working hours your order may not be processed until the next business day.

Method of payment

We accept direct deposit into our account, internet banking and NZ cheque.

Direct Deposit

  • Payment can be made at any Westpac branch in NZ.
  • You will need to email us once payment has been made to confirm payment date, amount, order number and name.
  • We will then confirm payment received via email once you payment has cleared & arrange despatch.


Internet Banking

  • Please use the invoice or order number in the online banking "Details" box.
  • Email us a confirmation of payment, & allow up to 2 working days for your payment to show in our account due to bank clearance times.
  • We can confirm payment received via email once your payment has cleared.


Cheque

  • We will accept payment via NZ cheque for preapproved customers.
  • You must include your name, address, phone, date, amount and order details.
  • Your order will be despatched once your cheque has cleared - please allow up to 5 working days.

Returns

We look at every return on a case by case basis. If the item has developed a fault we will meet our obligations under the consumers guarantees act, but in general if you want to return an item simply because you have changed your mind, we cannot take it back.

If we do decide to take it back, refunds are at our discretion and if accepted can be given if the faulty or non faulty product is returned within 5 working days from the date of purchase. We will refund the purchase price only, unless the product is faulty, then we will refund the purchase price and cost of freight.

What if a product is faulty?

Please contact us via email or phone, to let us know that your product is faulty or has been damaged during shipping. If you wish an item to be replaced because it is faulty or damaged, we will do so, only if we have a replacement in stock. Due to some of our products being one-offs or limited stock we may not be able to replace your product. If this is a the case then we will provide you with a full refund

Delivery

Once your payment has been confirmed please allow up to 3 - 5 days for delivery of your goods.

We can give you an estimated delivery time depending on your location and size of order.
